As you consider planning large group meetings, it’s important to have a foundation of understanding about your chapter. Take time to answer these questions, and add some of your own to give you a picture of your chapter.

  2. Is there a week night which has more events than others? clubs, etc? Which night do most of the small groups meet on?
  3. What ideas/persons/groups influence the attitudes and actions of InterVarsity members?
  4. What do students most often express that they appreciate about the chapter?
  5. What do students most often express that they do not like about the chapter?
  6. To what degree do chapter members know and understand the vision which the leaders have for the group?
  7. To what extent do chapter members know one another?
  8. What is the general understanding of the scriptures and how to apply God’s truth to daily life?
